Stephen Pedder

Stephen Pedder
BSc., PgDip, Service Development Consultant, Peninsula Canada

Stephen Pedder holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (De Montfort University, UK) and a BSc in Geography (Manchester Metropolitan University, UK). Stephen has been working with Peninsula since the early stages of their international growth into Canada focusing on representing businesses at Ontario’s Ministry of Labour.

Stephen is an experienced consultant skilled in mediating disputes between employers and employees. He draws on his previous employment in operations management, where he led unionized workers through change management as the company went through a multi-million-dollar restructure over several years.

Stephen uses his detailed knowledge of Ontario’s Employment Standards Act to successfully represent his clients, often resolving claims prior to an Employment Standards Officer being assigned, creating the space for his clients to focus on their business.
