Potpourri of Periodontal Topics Customized To Your Office Needs

Credits:

Course Overview:

CE courses usually focus on one topic and for a specific group (egs. dentists, hygienist, etc.). The hope by attendees is that they can take one bit of useful information, share it with the other team members, and then try to implement it with their existing practice protocols. Often without the commitment/understanding by the entire staff implementation fails.

I believe a better approach is to customize education to the needs of the individual office. The office will provide me with topics of interest. These topics will be presented, followed by discussion/vetting of these topics by the office team. The goal is that the team leaves the lecture ready to implement the new information into their practice right away.

The advantages of this format:

  • customized topics applied to your office’s needs/requests
  • round table format that promotes open discussion rather than just listening to a lecture
  • small groups where people know one other and therefore less intimidating
  • discussion on how to implement learned content into your particular practice
