Course Overview:

Allograft/Xenograft/Synthetic particulate & putty, allograft/xenograft, resorbable/non-resorbable, crosslinked/non-crosslinked membranes etc. She will review the different products for resorption times, turnover times and characteristics and ideal clinical indications. She will review different products on the market to compare handling and features. She will also review when it is recommended to graft a socket, what techniques are available, and different products to use depending on the extended treatment time.

Marie-Claude graduated from Université du Québec in Montréal, where she completed a bachelor degree in Biochemistry in 1999 followed by a bachelor degree in Molecular Biology & Biotechnology in 2000. Upon graduating, she spent some time at Wyeth in the Quality control department prior to joining Eli Lilly for the promotion of a Bipolar and Schizophrenia medication.

In 2007, Marie-Claude joined Zimmer Dental as a territory manager while starting at the same time a Master in Management at HEC, Montreal. She quickly took over the major accounts position for Zimmer Dental, became the Regional Sales Manager for Eastern Canada in 2011 and obtained her Masters in 2012 from HEC. In 2017, she happily took this new Regenerative product specialist role for Canada. In October 2017, she became a Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS), accreditation delivered by the American Association of Tissue Banking (AATB).

Marie-Claude is also mother of two little boys, 2 and 5 years old. She enjoys running, surfing and water skiing!
